Shopped and placed my order online. Had a call shortly after submitting to confirm dimensions and details. Traded a few emails over the next few days to make sure that we had the right dimensions for our prefab firebox. Final email exchange on 1/16. Door delivered Feb 4. Perfect fit and installed simply by tightening 4 screws.
