ExceptionalFire began as a family-run store in Laguna Hills, California. Today, we help homeowners, designers and builders choose fireplace doors, screens, mantels and gas logs by phone and online.

Before you choose
A photo of a beautiful room can help you find a style. Ordering the right product takes a little more: the fireplace type, the opening and the details of the product you choose.

Our Laguna Hills roots
We opened in 2014 as a family-run fireplace business. Our former store brought fireplace doors, screens, mantels and finishes together so customers could compare the details.
That is still the useful part of shopping with a specialist: asking which measurements matter, what a finish will look like and what needs checking before an order goes into production.
Our former showroom is no longer open for visits. Contact us by phone or online to discuss your project.
