Can you make a mantel in any size?

Choose your length, height and depth. Stoll makes custom metal shelves in virtually any dimensions, with limitations at unusually small or large sizes. For oversized dimensions or special shapes, send us your measurements for a custom quote.

Can it wrap around my fireplace wall?

Yes, we can help plan a custom mantel with corner returns or a design that wraps your fireplace wall. We can also coordinate metal wall cladding. Share the dimensions, photos and a sketch so we can review seams, mounting and the layout. These projects are quoted individually.

Are White Oak and Walnut real wood?

No. These are woodgrain finishes that recreate the appearance of wood on non-combustible metal. They are different from a solid wood mantel or a shelf with a wood insert. Check the available finish choices on your selected style.

Which mantel should I choose outdoors?

For your patio fireplace, ask about our outdoor stainless steel mantel and Endura outdoor finishes. The indoor steel and woodgrain selections are separate; our team will confirm the finish and construction for your outdoor setting.

Does non-combustible mean no clearance is needed?

No. Metal construction does not remove the fireplace manufacturer's clearance requirements. Follow the applicable fireplace and mantel installation instructions. Your wall construction and anchoring also matter.

How do I get help with measurements or a finish?
