Questions homeowners ask us.

Will my grill fit?

Almost certainly — the islands take any built-in up to a 40-inch cutout. Pick your grill in the studio, or type your own cutout, and you will know in seconds.

How long until it arrives?

About five to seven weeks from click to cookout: built to order in the workshop, then roughly a week in insured transit to your door.

Can I see the color first?

Yes. Order the real powder-coat swatches for $10 each and judge them in your own backyard light; the cost comes back off your island.

Do I need a contractor?

No. It arrives pre-assembled and two people set it in place. A licensed professional is needed only for the gas or electrical hookup — as with any grill.

What if it arrives damaged?

Every island ships crated and insured. Note anything on the delivery receipt, report concealed damage within 48 hours, and we handle the claim for you.
