The Alfresco ALXE 56-inch pairs 770 square inches of grilling area with an integrated rotisserie and a dedicated smoker system. This configuration includes a refrigerated cart for keeping ingredients close to the cooking station.

- An included infrared Sear Zone concentrates heat for finishing steaks and other foods with a seared exterior.
- The integrated rotisserie adds another way to prepare larger cuts and poultry.
- A dedicated smoker system lets you add smoke to your cooking.

Choose your fuel
Select natural gas for a matching permanent gas supply, or propane for a propane installation. The two versions have different model numbers; order the one that matches your planned gas supply.
