Its patent-pending Multi-Fuel Tray System lets you grill over natural gas or propane and drop in charcoal, lump charcoal, or hardwood for true wood-fired and charcoal flavor — all from a single grill. Hand-built from commercial-grade #304 stainless steel and delivering 110,000 BTUs across more than 1,100 square inches of cooking surface, the Encore is engineered to perform like a restaurant line and finished like a luxury appliance.
Every Encore arrives on a pre-assembled professional cart with soft-close storage drawers, an integrated rotisserie back burner, a drop-in infrared sear burner, interior halogen lighting, LED-lit control knobs, and 360° locking casters — ready to roll into any outdoor kitchen.
