Legend Custom is a custom-made fireplace door with a welded steel frame, hand-finished joints, and a 1-1/2-inch standard frame width on both masonry and zero-clearance models. Built to your exact firebox opening with overlap from 1" up to 12" on masonry (1/4" to 12" on zero-clearance), sized in ⅛-inch increments. Lead time: 2–4 Weeks after Expert Fit Review.

Returns: Custom-made doors are non-returnable — every order is verified by Expert Fit Review before production. Quick-Ship inventory items have a 30-day return window on unused, uninstalled units. Damage in transit is fully covered — file a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
All doors carry a 5-year warranty against frame defects from Stoll Industries and Design Specialties. Powder-coat finish is warranted against chipping and fading for 5 years. Glass and mesh are warranted against defects for 1 year.
