Engineered as the largest and most powerful side burner in the Fire Magic lineup, it delivers up to 60,000 BTU of concentrated heat for wok searing, sauce reductions, boiling crawfish, or frying a whole turkey.
A 10-inch Heat Concentrating Flame Collimator focuses energy into the center of the unit for up to 190 BTU per square inch, while the dual cast-brass ring burner gives you precise control from a gentle 3,000 BTU simmer to a roaring 45,000 BTU outer flame. Back-lit control knobs and a removable stainless steel lid complete the premium Echelon Diamond look. This configuration ships without a cooking grid (grid sold separately).
