Cook different foods with independent digital temperature controls. The Fire Magic EL500 provides 480 square inches of cooking space, Diamond Sear stainless steel grids and a removable warming rack.
Your cooking station
This built-in version has a solid stainless steel hood and dual digital control. The island is sold separately. The protective cover and optional cooking accessories are sold separately.
Plan your installation
A qualified professional must provide the required dedicated electrical circuit and confirm placement and clearances. The stated opening is for a noncombustible island; an insulating liner requires a different opening. See the exact installation manual below before preparing your site.
