Overview
Make breakfast, sear seafood or cook smaller vegetables on one open surface. The Le Griddle Wee GEE40 brings electric flat-top cooking to a compact outdoor station, with a 16-inch cooking surface and no gas connection.
A compact cooking station
- A 1,800-watt heating element powers the flat cooking plate.
- The 304 stainless steel housing suits a built-in installation or a suitable noncombustible countertop.
- One dedicated 120-volt, 15-amp circuit is required. Have an electrician check the planned supply before installation.

Plan your installation
The opening in noncombustible construction is 14-3/4 inches wide × 16-3/4 inches deep × 5-3/4 inches high. A compatible insulating liner requires its own larger opening. Follow the manual for ventilation, electrical supply and clearances before construction.
