The Summerset Pro Series 30-Inch Built-In Gas Griddle brings restaurant-grade flat-top cooking to your outdoor kitchen. Its expansive 495-square-inch cooking surface is forged from 8mm-thick #304 stainless steel, delivering even heat retention and the seasoned, edge-to-edge sear that serious griddle cooking demands.
Two independent 18,000 BTU U-tube burners produce a combined 36,000 BTUs and create dual temperature zones, so you can crisp hash browns on one side while searing carne asada on the other. A flame-thrower ignition with manual flash-tube backup lights reliably, white LED-illuminated control knobs make night cooking effortless, and the full-size #304 stainless steel removable lid shields the plate from the elements.
