The American Made Grills Encore 54" is a fully loaded hybrid built-in grill that lets you cook over gas, charcoal, wood, or any combination of the three. Its patented Multi-Fuel Tray System uses the gas burners to ignite solid fuel, so you can sear over high-output stainless burners or slow-cook with the rich flavor of hardwood and charcoal — all on one grill.
Crafted from heavy-gauge #304 stainless steel and built, factory-tested, and serviced in the USA, the Encore 54 delivers 176,000 BTUs across seven main burners and 1,687 square inches of cooking space. The double-lined, spring-assisted hood, interior halogen lighting, and Flame Thrower ignition make it the centerpiece of any premium outdoor kitchen.
