Craftsman is a custom-made Premier-tier fireplace door with a cast aluminum flat-stock frame, welded mitered corners, and a square center mullion welded between the door leaves so the sightline runs uninterrupted from top rail to bottom. Stickley-era proportion with no chamfer, no reveal, no ornament — the door reads as furniture-grade joinery. Lead time: 3–5 Weeks after Expert Fit Review.

- Square-edged flat-stock frame — no chamfer, no reveal, no ornament; cast and hand-sanded so the edge reads square
- Square center mullion separately cast and welded between the door leaves; welds ground flush so the sightline is uninterrupted
- Cast aluminum Premier-tier frame with welded mitered corners, hand-dressed at the seam
- 1-inch standard overlap (Masonry) · 1/4-inch overlap (ZC) · 1½-inch frame width
- Powder coat baked at 400°F for a 3-mil coat — matte black, textured bronze, and antique copper are the period-correct choices
- Tempered safety glass — Clear (default) or Bronze tint for period rooms

Returns: Custom-made doors are non-returnable — every order is verified by Expert Fit Review before production. Quick-Ship inventory items have a 30-day return window on unused, uninstalled units. Damage in transit is fully covered — file a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
All doors carry a 5-year warranty against frame defects from Stoll Industries and Design Specialties. Powder-coat finish is warranted against chipping and fading for 5 years. Glass and mesh are warranted against defects for 1 year.
