Wrapped in seamless 304-grade stainless steel with a contoured face, blue-illuminated comfort knobs and a state-of-the-art digital thermometer, it delivers 112,000 BTU of primary heat across 1,056 square inches of Diamond Sear cooking surface, backed by a recessed infrared rotisserie backburner for true restaurant-quality results.
Hot-surface ignition lights every burner reliably, the double-walled spring-assisted hood opens a full 90 degrees, and the underglass digital thermometer offers four-zone temperature reading with smartphone monitoring and an included meat probe.
