The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Black Glass Gourmet Griddle brings flat-top cooking to your built-in outdoor kitchen with the same premium styling as the Echelon grill line. A 3/8-inch-thick stainless steel griddle plate delivers warp-free, evenly heated cooking across 540 square inches - ideal for pancakes, eggs, fajitas, fried rice, smash burgers, and seared seafood.
Two heavy-duty stainless steel burners produce 45,000 BTUs with independent two-zone control via back-lit knobs on the black glass panel. Hot surface ignition lights every time, and an easily removable stainless steel cover protects the griddle surface when not in use. Built from 304 stainless steel, it drops cleanly into any island or counter with raised side and rear hangers.
