Built entirely from #304 stainless steel, this heavy-duty flat top delivers a commercial-style cooking experience at home, with a 495-square-inch surface that handles everything from breakfast spreads to smash burgers, stir-fry, and teppanyaki-style dinners.
Two 18,000 BTU U-tube burners produce 36,000 BTU of even, edge-to-edge heat across a 1/2-inch-thick stainless griddle plate that holds temperature beautifully. A high-power flame-thrower ignition lights at the push of a button, while red exterior LED lighting and a large-capacity drip tray make the TFG30 as functional after dark as it is easy to clean. A removable #304 stainless steel lid is included to protect the cooking surface when not in use.
