The American Made Grills Encore 36-Inch Hybrid Grill puts the full range of live-fire cooking in one built-in unit. Cook over gas for everyday convenience, then drop in the patented multi-fuel trays to sear over charcoal, lump, or hardwood chunks for true wood-fired flavor. Three 22,000 BTU main burners deliver 110,000 total BTUs across 1,106 square inches of cooking surface, while interior halogen lighting and LED-lit control knobs make grilling after dark effortless.
Hand-built from #304 stainless steel and backed by the AMG Gold Standard Warranty, the Encore ships complete with a drop-in infrared sear burner, rotisserie kit, stainless griddle, solid-fuel kit, deluxe cover, and care kit — everything needed to start cooking on day one.
